Es un hotel grande pero con algunas deficiencias, apesar de ser temporada baja había mucha gente, poca disponibilidad de camastros desde las 7 a.m. casi todos apartados, el buffet poco recomendable en sí, yo no volvería.
Seven days of our wonderful vacation at this hotel have flown by. Honestly, I realized one important thing: it’s not the stars that make a hotel’s rating, but the kind, friendly, and welcoming people who work here. We received excellent service, including an individual airport transfer — from me, this hotel gets 5+ stars. Delicious food, a convenient location, and high-quality room cleaning made our stay even more enjoyable. Every member of the hotel staff truly cares about each guest and strives to provide the best possible service. I would like to thank the entire team — unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s names, but special thanks to Enriques, Angel, Carlos, Pablo, Isabella, and Edgar. I am deeply grateful to each of you; you create such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to the housekeeping team — the room cleaning was excellent, keep up the great work . You made our vacation truly unforgettable. In the lobby, I met people who have been coming back to this hotel for the 5th time. Now I completely understand why — this is a place you want to return to again and again.
Empezando por la buena atención desde la llegada, en todo momento muy amables, variedad de alimentos en el "todo incluido", snack, bebidas, restaurante italiano, mexicano, chino, cevicheria, instalaciones en buen estado, lo recomiendo.
Nos encantó, desde el lugar, el trato y servicio del personal y la comida riquísima. Sin duda regresaremos.
On the first day of check in, had a few issues with our room, because expedia booked that room for a lower rate, and we didn't like it, complained. The Manager was very nice and try his best to upgrade our room at no cost, it took a couple days to change the room, which was beautiful to our satisfaction and awesome view. The buffet were excellent with many choices but needed a some more spices. Alacarte dinner great. Bar was excellent and the staffs all over the resort are wonderful. The resort situated close to the town with many shops, and the resort is right by the beach. Excellent shows at night. I recommend it to be an excellent place to stay. November 16, 2024
La estancia de mi familia fue mágica. En la bahía vimos nacer tortugas y acompañarlas al mar; vimos el fenómeno de bioluminicencia en la arena y vimos a lo lejos la presencia de ballenas!! El hotel bien. Un pleito con los lugares de las hamacas, pero sobrevivímos!
El hotel está muy bonito y de fácil acceso lo único que no me gustó fue que no había toallas suficientes en la habitación y, a comparación de otros hoteles en los que me he hospedado, no cambiaron las sábanas y solo 1 día pusieron jabón y shampoo.
Excelente opción para vacacionar, 100% recomendado. Desde la comodidad, la atención y la ubicación, hacen de este hotel una muy buena opción
